Who we are
Optimise Labs is a trading name of Orbixa Technologies Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 16519488. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us about anything in it at hello@optimiselabs.uk.
What we collect
When you complete the enquiry form on this website, we collect your name, work email address, company name, job title, your company's turnover range, and anything you choose to tell us in your message. We also record your agreement to be contacted.
When you email us, we collect your email address and the contents of your message.
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to keep the site running securely.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.
How we use it

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing mailing list without your separate consent.
Our lawful basis

Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run this website and our business, including our website hosting and form-handling provider and our email provider. They process information only on our instructions. Some providers may store data outside the UK. Where they do, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an adequacy decision.
We may also share information if required by law, or with professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we go on to work together, in which case we keep business records for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to ask us to transfer it. To use any of these rights, email hello@optimiselabs.uk. We will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.
